Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all paid subscriptions and services provided by The Deep Intelligence (operating as “Deepint AI” / “DeepintShield”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through the DeepintShield platform at app.deepintshield.com. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Subscriptions and Billing
1.1 DeepintShield is offered on a free tier (Developer) and on paid subscription plans (Team and Business), billed monthly or annually.
1.2 Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and, where you have authorised a payment mandate/auto-debit, renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.
1.3 Applicable taxes (including GST) are charged in addition to the plan fee where required.
2. Cancellation
2.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time from the in-product billing controls in your workspace, or by writing to support@deepintshield.com.
2.2 Cancellation stops all future renewals and recurring charges. Where a payment mandate (e-mandate / auto-debit) is in place, cancelling your subscription revokes that mandate for future debits.
2.3 Cancellation takes effect at the end of your then-current paid term. Your plan and its entitlements remain active until that term ends; we do not pro-rate or refund fees for the unused portion of a paid term.
2.4 The Developer (free) tier carries no charge and can be stopped at any time.
3. Refunds
3.1 Except as set out below, subscription fees are non-refundable, and no refund or credit is provided for partially used billing periods, unused features, or downgrades.
3.2 We will issue a refund where: (a) you were charged in error, or charged more than once for the same billing period (a duplicate charge); (b) a technical failure attributable to us prevented your plan from being provisioned after a successful payment; or (c) a refund is required under applicable law.
3.3 To request a refund, email support@deepintshield.com within 7 days of the charge with your account email, the payment/transaction reference, and a description of the issue.
3.4 Approved refunds are made to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days from approval; the time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes Please contact us at support@deepintshield.com before initiating a chargeback, so we can resolve the issue with you directly and promptly.

Shipping and Exchange Policy
The Deep Intelligence (operating as “Deepint AI” / “DeepintShield”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides a cloud-based, software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. DeepintShield is a digital service – no physical goods are sold, shipped, or delivered, and therefore no physical shipping, courier, or exchange applies. Read together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
1. Digital Delivery (“Shipping”)
1.1 Access to DeepintShield is delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment and no shipping or delivery charges are levied.
1.2 On successful sign-up, your Developer (free) workspace is provisioned and accessible immediately at app.deepintshield.com.
1.3 On successful payment for a paid plan (Team or Business), the corresponding entitlements are activated on your account immediately, and in any case within a few minutes of the payment being confirmed by our payment processor.
2. Delivery Confirmation and Delays
2.1 Your active plan is reflected in your workspace, and a confirmation is sent to your registered email, once payment is confirmed.
2.2 If your plan is not activated within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please contact support@deepintshield.com with your account email and the payment/transaction reference, and we will resolve it promptly.
3. Service Availability
3.1 The managed DeepintShield service is accessible over the internet wherever permitted by applicable law. Self-hosted and hybrid deployment options are also available under separate arrangements.
4. Exchange and Plan Changes
4.1 As a digital service, DeepintShield is not subject to physical exchange or return.
4.2 You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the in-product billing controls; such changes take effect in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
